Wifi connection issues

When I am in my bedroom WiFi won't connect to my phone I have to keep getting my phone restarted to connect to 5g then it takes about an hour or so to connect to wifi if it even does

 

i cant do this up the stairs to test it as it won't connect to my phone

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
