New Sky Max Hub and Pod

Fitted new Max Router and POD today replacing existing, to be welcomed with poor WiFi connectivity through the house, so much so I can't connect  the Sky Q Mini Box at the rear. Frustrating and disappointing.

Any help appreciated?

@Mel232 Here is the help links and adjust as needed, pay attention to the fact that sky Q is not compatible with sky Max!
