Wifi calling

Hi my phone want ring in or out when I connect to the internet my wifi calling is on but i still can't receive calls or make them any sky people sort it

What make and model of phone?

 

There's apparently an issue with a particular iOS update.

It works on evety other wifi just not on my sky one
