Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kimlap is the TV some distance from the hub? If so you msy need a booster or similar to get a decent WiFi signal to the set. Given Sky Glass needs a steady data delivery with sufficent bandwidth it is important it is either in an area with a strong WiFi signal or connected uusing an Ethernet cable.
If a cable to the hub is not practical another option if other devices are working well is to buy a powerline adapter kit which uses the mains wiring to carry the signal to the TV. The kit should have 2 adapters one plugs into the wall socket near the hub and connnected to it by an ethernet cable. The second adapter plugs into a wall socket near tge TV and is similarly linked. If you do this it is sensible to turn the TVs wireless networking off.
One other thing to try is if the set says it has lost the connection when you switch it one but can connect properly later is to change two settings in the Start up and Standby section which are turn on the option to stay networked in standby and turn off network power saving you will usexa tiny bit more power but it usually stops the issue with losing connection onstart-up..
