Wifi and sky glass not working

Sky glass has been buffering, the sound is out of sync. Last night screen went blue. This happens daily and has been going on for about 8 months. Now the wifi is playing up and I WFH. We have boosters, we have moved any other wifi devices away from the hub and we are re-booting daily. We pay nearly £200 per month and this not the service I expect. An someone contact me please. That won't happen through a forum post.

 

Strategically I'd suggest separating out broadband/WiFi issues from Glass problems (even though these are almost certainly linked, with Glass struggling due to inadequate connectivity) because it confuses the troubleshooting process.
