Hi, has anyone come across wifi signal when on a video call where the connection stutters and freezes every minute or so? Stutter lasts for about 5 seconds each time.

@Highlinder - you'll have to explain that one to me! I took the stats just after I switched my work VPN off - would that make a difference. Other than that I'm not fiddling about with any settings for WIFI. Cheers Paul

@Highlinder and sorry, why is there no data being transmitted or received over the 5ghz band?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@PaulieL Does the drop happen when you are using just your Wi-Fi without the VPN or with it. If the devices you are using can use both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz frequencies they will pick the more stable to connect to.

@Highlinder The drop was happening with VPN switched off. Is the rule of 2.4 and 5ghz as simple as connect those critical devices to 5ghz (and are nearby to the router) and then leave other devices to utilise 2.4ghz and potentially further away from the router?
