Wifi Max Parental Controls

There is no parental controls option showing on my app and this is the whole reason I paid extra for WiFi Max. It seems I'm not alone in this problem. I have logged out of the app, and logged back in, but no change.

@Charlo if you have paid for the WiFi Max package the entry should be in the My Sky app on the Broadband page. Try signing out of the app closing it and reopening as that can cause the settings to appear. If they aren't you need to call Sky so they can get the permissions sorted.
