WiFi pods keep losing WiFi connnt

Have two WiFi booster pods. They both keep losing the WiFi connection randomly. Sometimes for few seconds a day others for longer periods. All sporadic times. Upgraded to fibre as advised to do so but wish never bothered as never had issue with old sky WiFi connection. Have rebooted several times and makes no difference. Still.have no WiFi connection on one room at all.

@lyns- first thing is to checkyou have instaled thepods in the best location as they need a good connection backto the hub to work properly. Ideally therefore yhey need placing no more than halfway to where you need the boost. Typically in most houses halls and landings are the best location. If you download an app called wifi sweetspots thst will help you find tge best place to plug in the pods. Unplug both and use the app to find a socket with a decent connection to the hub for the first one plug it in wait for it to connect then repeat for the second one.

If still stuck call Sky to see if they can send out an engineer who will basically do the same thing.
