Broadband down
Our internet has dropped this is getting beyond a joke once this contracts over I am leaving sky

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back up and running before 7am.
If it's not, even if you’ve already tried it use this link to check to see if there are any broadband issues or outages nearby ~ (it doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and it takes a little while to update so perhaps try it again later).

This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.
If there aren't any then try running the line test here

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is okay click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to contact Sky to report it. The easiest way is to dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline if it’s still working.

Mine has been dropping multiple times daily for the last two weeks and you go round in circles doing checks but can't actually get to speak to anyone. Absolutely useless! I am using all my phone data and my additional needs child is losing his mind as he keeps losing connection in the middle of games!

Why not? What's happening when you dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline phone?
All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
