I installed a new Sky Hub this week and all was fine with TV, iPad and Computer then when I went to print it said my HP Envy 6000e was off line. I have tried everything from getting rid of HP Smart and starting again to load the printer. It appears to be wifi then it just dies on me. My printer is quite new so shouldn't be a problem. I pressed the wifi connection on the hub and on the printer, sometimes they connect, sometimes they don't. My computer and printer are in a room next to where the TV and hub are so not far away. Any help out there pleeez? I'm not a technofobe just an 80 year old losing the will to live!

You may need to seperate wifi bands as below

In order that the printer can different between 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi bands

Confirmed below
Where 2.4ghz and 5ghz are represented by a single ssid you do need to seperate and rename the two wifi bands giving your 2 ssids. Then the printer and pc or laptop both need to be on the same ssid

Can I ask about this. My parents have just purchased sky broadband and sky stream. Having this issue with HP printer. Does the printer and computer need to be on the 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz SSID? What about Sky stream. I know nothing about broadband, so don't know which is best.
Many thanks.
