good evening

we are trying to sign in to sky buddy to be able to control the kids screen time but it keeps coming up with that we dont have the right sky broadband package ?

any ideas to correct this ?

Sky Broadband Buddy is only available to customers who downloaded and setup the app before 24 May 2022 so is this the case with you ?
