Wifi Failing?

With no obvious change of hardware or settings overnight the WiFi from the Router won't connnect to Windows devices yet still connects fine to Android phones (Two different Windows 11 and 10 devices.) "Can't connect" from Wifi settings on the laptops.

@Psybertron

Have you tried rebooting both the Windows devices and also the broadband hub ?

@Trina6

Do you want to start from the beginning and explain what your issue is ?

If it is no broadband then it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
