Router

Hi our WiFi keeps glictching you've asked us via various reminders to swap to our 'new router'  however we have never recieved a new/ updated one ....how do we get one sent out ?? As this is how becoming extremely  frustrating, I have a disabled father living with us who relies on the WiFi and TV while we're at work during the day
