Wife speed

My WiFi speed is down to around 25 it's not good enough my tv in the living room keeps freezing and I keep getting the circle of death 

 

I have Amazone prime with MGM and Paramount but the signal is that week I can't access them. 

I have tested the system using your checker and it says it's good but it not it's rubbish this is not what I'm paying for I pay for the strongest signal possible but you have constantly dropped the speeds over last few months till it's now at a point wear having trouble with not just my tv but my security network as well. 

this needs address and soon.

We are fellow customers on  here like yourself, I would suggest you  contact sky  and get some  help with  this issue

Is it the same on all devices? What speed should you be getting?

Are you able to test on ethernet at all?

I'm not very Teck minded so I leave all that up to the engineers that's what I'm paying them for.
