WifI isnt working

Our internet is down and is not working! Which means our telly doesn't work! 

please fix

@Nataliesmith111 run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. Ifvtgey aren't givecthem a call to report it.
