WiFi

My WiFi is not reaching all areas of our house. One of our cameras has not connected since yesterday.  Despite running the tests it's not reaching all rooms. I've reset everything and nothing has improved?

I am having the same issues. My boy cannot play his console upstairs as it lags. I am trying to work from home right now and it keeps kicking me out my connection

@Kim461 & @Vikki862 you need to start a chat with the escalation team by using the brightly coloured icon which should be on each page of the forum. If you cant see the icon try another browser or turn off any pop-up blockers.
