Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@qwerk if you have the white Sky hub thst can happen if the device doesn't support the WPA3-T wifibsecurity thst unit uses by default change the wifi security level to WPA2 in the hub's section of the My Sky app.
If thst doesn't work pist again.
