WiFi
WiFi went down at 2am, as alerted by my home alarm system which went offline. Reset everything and finally went to bed. Since 8am, I've been trying to login for work and had to restart everything again this morning with various screenshots confirming connected, not connected. Unable to work and thoroughly peeved with your service.

Re: WiFi
Unfortunately no domestic broadband provider can guarantee uninterrupted service unless the bundle includes automatic failover to an alternative delivery mechanism (typically cellular data). You'll need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by the network maintainer (Openreach/OpenEir), but be aware that their target time to fix will now be next week.
