WiFi without internet

I may be among others tonight who have checked the status of the hub and it shows WiFi is working but without internet connection. There is no mention of an outage in the area, hopefully there is a response soon.

Same issue here. On here it says I have a good connection but my hub and my devices tell me there is no internet. And it's the 3rd time it's gone out in 7 days.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. Sky won't respond on here.

 

At that time of night it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
