@Kayezy  If you mean your Broadband is restricted If you were late paying by more than 56 days it's likely service has been disconnected.

 

If less than 56 days you need to wait for payment to clear & setup a new direct debit, payments don't process over a weekend.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
