WiFi very weak

WiFi is hardly working upstairs in my house.  I have suddenly used all my phone data and this is now going to cost me more money .  It's ok down stairs but was guaranteed it would work in all area upstairs as well?

If you have subscribed to broadband or sky max wall to wall wifi you can claim up to 3 booster boxs of sky max pods
