Broadband delivery

Ordered a broadband package, expected delivery 12th May. Received a text saying it is delayed, when I log in to review the order details it shows an error page and has done for the past 4 days. Tried to ring and it's an automated call, said it would send an email and didn't. 
How do I find out when my broadband will be delivered? I currently have no wifi

Full fibre multiple dwelling unit prebuilt to the boundary of the flats. So it can be a lengthy process re permission to dig etc etc

 

Have they installed small rectangular boxs above your own ooor yet?
