No signal and slow WiFi
We have had sky installed for 2 month now and ever since leaving virgin media and joining sky, even though we have had fibre installed through sky, the WiFi never seems to be working consistently. There is always latency and fluctuations in the WiFi signal for all devices. We don't get the download and upload speed promised even though it says online that we are.
how do we go about solving this and it's a running issue and we never know in the day if the internet is going to be on or not.

@AaronP99 To start with what specific Sky hub do you have and the FF package, are you using booster / mesh off your own, few links below for you to have a read at. You may have come from VM but the products are not Apples to Apples...

I have a sky max hub , the white one. We also have a white light on.
There is devices within the household including the one right next to the hub, that don't connect to the sky hub and we are constantly resetting the hub to try regain signal and connection back.

We have only just joined Sky...like less than a week ago and already we're having connection issues on our Gigabit fibre connection, even though the website says there is no issue. We're in the NW of England.
Unless this is resolved, I'll be asking for a full refund and go with a reputable provider. What a joke.
