WiFi temporarily unavailable for all devices

None of my devices are able to connect to WiFi from my router for almost 24 hours. It gives an error when I select it on my devices. Ethernet is fine and my devices can connect in my office room through an extender so it seems like the hub is the issue. I've tried getting through to Sky but as I'm staff, they apparently can't access my account and I have no idea how to get through to anyone. Please help!

Have you tried rebooting your hub at the mains ?

It's working again now without anything so not clear what the issue was. I had rebooted it, reset it, turned the fibre switch off and on, nothing helped
