WiFi suddenly stopped working

Our WiFi has suddenly stopped working (about 30 mins ago). Service looks normal on tests so it looks like a Sky issue. We need to access WiFi for work all day too.

My wifi is currently not working either. The light is on, it's saying it's connected on the tele and my phone but not reaching the server and cannot connect. Was working yesterday and no problems in my area it stated

Thanks, yes, it looks like a Sky issue. Service has been good up to today so am hoping it will be fixed soon.

Ours is back on again now, fingers crossed it stays that way now.
