@Kilara WiFi signal strength is affected by the layout of your home and what solid objects like walls that are between the hub and your device. In many homes you need multiple WiFi sources to get usable WiFi in rooms some distance from the hub. If you cannot move closer to the hub you may need to improve the WiFi coverage in your home. One way is to pay for Sky's Wi`Fi Max package see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can buyyour own whole home wifi equipment.

If you have recently switched to having the white Sky Max hub there are numerous reports of poor wifi performance from these units which you should take up with Sky if your wifi coverage has got noticeably worse.
