Channels don't work on tv
Whenever I click on a change it will tell me loading and then not doing anything apart from show me a blank screen. I would like to know what's going on with my sky.

@Georgia20224 which Sky TV system do you have? If your other devices are connecting to the internet it isnt a broadband issue.
