WiFi strength

Sky have sent me one WiFi booster pod which has cured problems in part of the house. Still a very poor signal in the living room - how do I get a second pod? Thanks.

Re: WiFi strength

Many thanks. I've made the call and an engineer is coming out with an additional pod.

@MJKT

You will need to do as you did before and contact Sky.

Re: WiFi strength

@MJKT Do let the Forum know how the Engineer visit and the second pod install if it all goes ahead, always good to finalise so others get the picture of what is required to be followed process wise from the start to the finish. So far you are on tract for that!

Re: WiFi strength

Had a visit from Trinity who was a really helpful and knowledgeable engineer - a great guy. He measured the signal strength throughout the house and installed two more pods. Great coverage throughout now. While I thought I could have done the job myself, it was clear that expert knowledge ensured I got the best outcomes.
