Wifi been dropping out and inconsistent all day

There are obviously issues, as reading other posts today there are similar themes. 

 

Since first thing this morning, internet has been all over the place, cutting out completely, then super low speeds, then usual speed, then its lost connection again. 

 

Sky app says no issues, website says no outages in my area, downdetector also shows no problem, but clearly there is.

 

Why can't sky have some sort of online form to report problems? I don't have time to sit on the phone when this is causing me hours of lost time working..... even if I could locate a phone number to call sky which I can't!

What is the result of this line test:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I am also having exact same issue, wifi is down but the app says no issues
