WiFi still not working

Had an engineer come out today but the wifi is still freezing when watching tv and having another device on it at the same time.

@Jade1989x you will have to talkto Sky to get this sorted. Ican see your post has been autoescalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
