WiFi speeds
Our wifi speeds are very slow we're only getting 28 MBPS download speeds

@Dancass97 be careful about units as 28MBPS means 28 megabytes per second which is 175Mb./s(megabits per second) is how network and broadband speeds are measured. Each Byte, which how file sizes are quoted, contain 8 bits. Some apps like Steam confusingly use the MB/s unit and is a frequent cause of confusion.
Assuming you meant 22Mb/s that is actually not too bad if the devicecis connected by WiFi to your Sky hub as the test shows the slowest part of the transfer and given WiFi bandwidth is affected by the layout and type of construction in your home is not something Sky can guarantee.
