Broadband is slow.
My broadband is giving me an average download speed of 10mbps. That’s not the level of service I’m paying for.

@Greg48 how are you measuring speeds? If it is on a device connected by. WiFi then you are probably measuring the speed of the WiFi in your home which isn't something Sky can control. If you want to check if the speed to your hub is not meeting the minimum speed guarantee run the connection test in the My Sky app as thst will give the history of connection speed for tge last few weeks. If it is below the gurantee it should offer to book an engineer to check your line.
If however the speed to your hub is fine then the issue is in your home. WiFi signal strength is affected by the layout and type of construction of your home and also by the amount of interference which mostly comes from your neighbours' wifi. While you can help by making sure your hub is in the right place which is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators beyond that you are into spending money.
