Terrible WiFi connection

I am sitting in the SAME ROOM as my router, yet watching an online connection with my laptop and/or TV, is buffering every two or three minutes...utterly unacceptable really

@Maddieseren assuming the hub is not under or behind things that can block the signal thst does sound bad - just like a light your hub needs to be out in the open.

 

If you post your hub's connection stats assuming you have a black Sky hub forum members can try to help see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
