My WiFi speed is way below what it should be and I'm only getting 20mbps which just isn't enough. I'm only in the next room to my hub and I have full bars but the speed isn't there.
can you please resolve.

Unless you have the Sky Max addon and your on an Ultrafast or Gigafast connection then 20mbps in a room would meet the WiFi guarantee criteria.
