Internet does not work properly and keeps breaking up even if I am only 30 cm away from the modem.

Internet does not work properly. From one room to another room we completely loose our connection. The biggest issue is with wifi calls and facetime, I have not had even one quality Facetime call since we moved to Sky broadband.
