Re: WiFi slow
@IainDavid That router has been up for sometime and needs a re-start. But can see that your connection should be more than you are getting just now. Could you run the directions below and see if it gives you the ability to book an engineer. More the latter of the directions if it does not let you do this come back let us know.
Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic
If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Hello @IainDavid
Just going slightly off topic, just curious if your able to get Full Fibre services at your property.
Can you go to this broadband checker and post the results, minus your address details.

Re: WiFi slow
@IainDavid Looking at the information on your router stats you should be on more than you are 23.0db is not correct and it should be around 6 so this is showing there is a fault in the line. If you would like help with this I can alert Sky for you?
