Wifi doesnt reach whole house

We got sky WiFi last June, but for the whole time it hasn't reached the whole house. 

I have tried to call several times and have been advised to run tests, none of which have improved. I've been told that I will get calls back to check, which haven't happened. 

Want to leave sky it's that bad. We can't even have a monitor in our baby's room!

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these. 

Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

I have Sky Superfast, although can't find this on the website at all. 

I've spoken to maybe 3 different people and no one has mentioned this guarantee 

Can a sky employee contact me please - I want to leave and go with a supplier that can provide my.whole house

@Lwibbs23 nobody can contact you from Sky as acresult of a forum post you would have to ring them .

No ISP will unconditionally guarantee wifi speeds in your home it is impossible as homes present different problems due to lay out and type of construction. Any guarantee needs very careful reading as there will be all sorts of get outs.

I've seen Sky employees comment on posts and send a link to start a chat with people having issues 

Speed is not the problem, just getting Internet in every room is! We live in a standard 3 bed semi!!!!
