Hi have a weak connection upstairs. Constantly buffering. Have to use my phone 5G to go on internet when upstairs. Even when I'm downstairs sometimes to.
everything checked said it fine.

There is definitely something wrong got faster broadband and it's not fast at all?

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
