WiFi really lagging

When the WiFi is connected to my phone or my daughter phone it's not letting us see pictures as I've just had a look about upgrading my mobile but i couldn't see the pictures on my screen .. or if I'm on an app it as if I'm not connected to the WiFi cos I can't see anything.. I know I'm not on a powerful speed but the 1 before this 1 was 100% better than this .. is there anything that can be done??

@Liz-- if you go onto the My Sky app and runnthe Service Checker  - use a mobile connection if broadband is really slow - as that will show you if there is an issue with the speed to your hub. If ghere is it should offer furter help.

 

If that speed is OK then the issue could simpl be poor wifi coverage in your home as that depends on the layout of your home and how it is buillt.
