WiFi problem

I am having problems with a video call using TEAMS. I keep freezing or dropping out, but when I check on the MySky app it shows my broadband and WiFi are fine. I've had similar problems with streaming services recently. I've tried restarting the router, but it hasn't resolved the problem.

I had the same problem when I was on Sky broadband 500. I got a booster sent by Sky and it was working after that. 
im now having issues again after switching to Sky max. A booster does not solve the issue this time.

Yes. I had Sky boost before which worked well, but after switching to Sky Max which uses the new white hub it's terrible. 
WiFi keeps dropping. It's an issue that many people are having with Sky Max. 
The Sky Pod that they sent to work with the Sky Max router is even worse.
