Periodic Sky broadband 150 issues

I am trying to contact Sky regards issues with broadband and equipment.

 

have tried MySky app and the bot but both with no success.

 

anyone have a number for customer services?

It seems like it, but the MySky app is saying there are no issues with the Sky broadband, router or connected devices.

 

yet my daughters mobile phone is the only person home and cannot view Sky TV or connected devices to internet from her Sky mobile via the Sky Broadband 150.
