WiFi problem

My wifi is on and the broadband checker on your website is saying no known issues, however none of our devices are connecting to the wifi.

I'm having same issue near Ellesmere Shropshire. Sky hub has all green lights except voice which is orange. Sky help is useless, going round in circles. All devices say no network although connected. Rebooted hub several times...no joy.
