No Internet... AGAIN

I have tried to call the helpline because I have no internet (despitel all checks saying everything is working and the internet light being green) but it says you are closed to "deliver essential training" I am absolutely furious because this is the second time in a 7 week period that this has happened to me. I left sky for about 4 years because they can never actually provide the service I am paying for and I wish I had opted for Virgin instead because at least they don't randomly stop giving me internet!!!

 

How can I speak to a human being to either get my issue resolved once and for all or to cancel my contract so I can go with a provider that actually delivers?

Is there anyone there who can help us  I aM in Brighton and the internet has gone BN2. I cannot believe an organisation as large as yours can simply all be at training.

Exactly! Sky have thousands of employees, it is absolutely ridiculous if there really is no one to answer the phones.

I'm in the same situation have done all advised checks and nothing. Tried calling and no one there🤷🏼‍♂️

The training that happens is only for a couple of hours and usually is less than once a month. The lines are open again now if you want to call.
