WiFi in and out. Cannot work from home. Supposed to be super fast. Very poor lately. An issue the past couple of weeks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Medlicott1402 you can check the speed Sky provide to your hub by going into the service checker in the My Sky app and clicking to test the broadband. If tgecspeds are low if the app doesnt offer to book an engineer give Sky a call.
Assuming that is ok then the issue is wifi speds in your home which Sky cannot control. When working from home it is best to usecan ethernet cable to connect a laptop or be reasonably closectomthe hub. If however that isnt practical then consider upgrading your home's wifi perhaps by buying https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
