There is no Internet connection on my laptop. No signal green light on hub can't troubleshoot

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TracyQueen if the connection is still down this morning and the service checker in the My Sky app is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault in your area give them a ring when their lines open to report the fault so they can get your line checked.
