WiFi pod not connecting to Router

Internet went off, recently had new hub which engineer used old password.
everything went off this evening meaning I had to connect everything again using the new password, but now my WiFi boosters are not connecting to the hub and are flashing white on and off. When testing the internet, its states they're not connected, any help would be greatly appreciated as the internet is awful without them

@Lucytreharne5 Are you saying that the sky Max Hub now has a new password? Did you do a reset to it per chance by mistake?

No I didn't do a reset the internet just went off this evening.

Yes I have a new password now on the hub, the engineer said this would happen if the internet went off or was reset.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Lucytreharne5 if you go into the My Sky app you dhould see the pod extenders listed under WiFi equipment open each one in turn on the next page there should be a prompt to reconnect the units which should work. If it doesnt you are going to have to get Sky's support.

Re: WiFi pod not connecting to Router

@Lucytreharne5 Just trying to find out what is going on with both your SSID/Password combination for that sky Max hub. Do they both now match what is shown on the label at the bottom of your sky Max hub? If so and you were using the old Previous values for BOTH from another older or setting's that were used, just use the app and change the Max to the values, i thought that those were stored and resent back down to the Max hub but may be wrong on that!
