Same connection issue

Had new broadband router and apparently needed new mini box as it kept dropping Internet connection. Got new box and its still doing exactly the same thing. If its not dropping box connection its the wifi and its been happening now for nearly a month. The booster is like 12 ft away from bedroom and main box as we live in a bungalow. This is getting beyond the joke.

@Katrinaoakley it is not 100% clear from your post but if you now have a white Sky hub and the issue is with a Sky Q mini if it is the explanation is quite simple. Unlike the older black Sky hubs the newer models do not support Sky Q's WiFi networking so the Q minis if using WiFi have to be connected to the main Q box not the hub. The second issue is that the Q boxes no longer work as WiFi extenders. There are work arounds and Sky should send out an engineer if to sort the Q system.
