WiFi on sky q box

My sky q box has stopped working with sky wifi. It says WiFi not connected, then will reconnect once I press the wps button. But doesn't stay connected for more than a minute or two. 

I have tried unplugging the sky q boxes and the sky WiFi. Neither have worked.

@Inders99 may I ask what colour of router do you have black or white ?

@Inders99 In that case using the WPS button isn't recommeded. You  eed to treat the white max router as you would a third party router and use the SSID and wifi password to connect your main box to the router.
