is anyone else WiFi off this is happing all the time too ne it's a nightmare and when you do the checks on the app it says everything is fine when it's clearly not the light on my hub is flashing green

the light for my fibre coming I to the house are all green and it's connected too the WiFi just no Internet and the light in the hub is flashing green so nothing is working
