Connection
I don't have connection to the internet. There are 3 green lights and 1 orange light. I followed the instructions online/ displayed on the TV but nothing so far has worked. Could you advise me on what to do next? Thanks.

@Char107 You do not say which, linked below about them!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
